Looking back on 2023, we can’t help but feel incredibly proud and a teeny bit smug about the inspiring achievements we’ve seen from our learners. Thanks to our expertly developed and employer-led free online courses, we’ve helped upskill thousands of individuals and businesses across the UK. Whilst we are beyond chuffed to play a small part in somebody’s learning journey, whether it be a career change or simply adding new skills to a CV, our fantastic learners truly deserve the recognition. This short blog will reflect on some of our wonderful learner success stories spanning our government-funded Skills Bootcamp programmes to free qualifications in England and Scotland. “As a fully online education and skills organisation, we help tens of thousands of students achieve qualifications through our high-quality resources and amazingly dedicated staff.
With Skills Bootcamps tutorial sessions running in the evenings and weekends and 24/7 access to our incredible online learning resources, we fit around the busy lives of our students rather than the students trying to fit around our schedule. We even had significant amounts of work being submitted on Christmas day!
After completing a course with The Skills Network, our learners often go on to do great things- whether it be getting their dream job or progressing onto further learning pathways, we couldn't be prouder to have helped them get there.

No matter what unique learning journey our learners embarked on in 2023, they all had one thing in common.
